Any single or mix of our COC services are available.
If the premises are up to standard, we will issue the coc's at no extra costs. If not, we will supply a quote for repairs.
If you accept the quote your transferring attorney can issue us with a "letter of undertaking" This is a standard practice and all that is required from you, or your selling agent, is to forward the quote to your attorney. We will then be paid by your attorney on the day of transfer out of the proceeds of the sale.
